Lancashire Police – Subject Access Request

I have, today, reissued my requests for information held in Lancashire Police logs regarding complaints about the alleged publishing of psychiatric notes and an alleged letter form the Police and Crime Co missioner using the Subject Access protocols they advised to be more appropriate. Not sure what the timeline for a response is.

Lancashire Police – FOI requests

Received letters from Lancashire Police that rejected the request for information under the Freedom of Information Act on the grounds that the information sort is considered personal data.Technically they could have waited 20 days to make that reply.

They were very helpful in advising that the information needed to be requested under subject access rules for which a small charge is made. They enclosed the necessary forms.

I’ll reissue the requests accordingly

Highlights

Old story, from two years ago, regarding so-called evidence of child porn on my computer  that has been rehashed and recirculated to distract folk from the wrong-doing over alleged letters/medical notes.

Arguments that the no action was taken because the so-called evidence was inadmissible are null and void. Police were offered the hard drives and a free search of my property without the need of for a warrant. Did ‘they’ forget to mention that bit?

Arguments that no action was taken because the files were removed from the computer before the Police could get to them are also null and void. Police have forensic computer specialist that could have  determined when files were created or copied to a hard drive and recover any files that were deleted. They do that kind of work all the time.

Arguments that no action can be taken due to the Mental Health Act is ignorance. Police can interview anyone receiving treatment by mental health professionals as long as there is an appropriate adult present. You can look that one up yourself on the internet.

Suggestion that I am some kind of dangerous paranoid schizophrenic is utter nonsense and has been specifically ruled out by three different medical professionals on three separate occasions in the last two years including two, fully qualified, psychiatrists. They are just blowing smoke to keep people distracted.

False claims of ‘confession’…

I gather , with some degree of incredulity, that the usual suspects are putting it about that my remarks in an earlier article was some kind of admission to being a pedophile. I’ve not said anything of the sort and they know it.

I’m sure the usual suspects would like everyone to think that but there was only one article and that is not in it. They’ve tried misrepresenting my words like this before. Its alittle bit pathetic. I suspect they are relying on the fact that alot of people will not read the full comment and will only listen to a ‘soundbite’ that they’re pushing

They are taking sentiments I was expressing generally out of context and twisting the words. Blowing smoke to keep people distracted from what else had been said.

That’s the sort of thing they stoop to
